Comic Relief’s Free School Council Guide

Comic Relief’s Free School Council Guide

With Red Nose Day fast approaching, we’ve had a lot of schools asking Comic-Relief related class meeting questions. Here’s a really good example from Heron School:

To support schools, Comic Relief have written a really useful guide for school councils who are interested in organising an event of doing some fundraising for Red Nose Day.

It’s got some useful advice on getting an event together, and some helpful statistics which will help pupils to get involved.

Nothing to plan. The pupils run it.

Ready-made topics, a short meeting each class runs itself as often as suits you, and every child's view in one place rather than the same few voices. Have a look round an anonymised school, no sign-up.
