Karen O’Connor, Head of Membership
Karen is an experienced educator and trainer with Smart School Councils. A former teacher based in Sheffield, she supports primary, secondary and specialist settings to build structured, inclusive school councils that are simple to run. Her training is hands-on and classroom-ready, you’ll leave with simple, actionable strategies.
