There are ten of them. An election pack with your school's name printed on every sheet. A first meeting your pupils run off the whiteboard while you sit down. Your inspection evidence sorted as you go rather than hunted for the week before. Minutes you did not write. A live board you can drop into your school website so the whole school sees what changed.

Your refresher CPD is included as always, and the first session of the year is on Tuesday 8 September.
