Manage your membership

Update your billing details, download an invoice, or change or cancel your membership. You do not need a member login: enter your billing email and our payment provider sends you a secure one-time link.

What you can do in there

  • Update the card or billing address on the account
  • Download past invoices and receipts
  • Change the billing contact email
  • Cancel your membership, or turn off auto-renewal

Which email do I use?

The email your invoice or renewal reminder was sent to. If you are not sure, or nothing arrives, email finance@smartschoolcouncils.org.ukand we will sort it out for you.
