Helping every child to find their voice 🚀

As educators, we know how critical oracy is for pupils’ development and future life chances.

But how do we develop the oracy skills of pupils across the school? And how do we do this in a fun, inclusive way that doesn’t take loads of time?

Most school councils tend not to involve the young people who really need to improve their oracy skills. That’s why we set up charity to change all that.

Our 450+ member schools involve every pupil in a weekly, pupil-led debate helping them to develop their schools. It’s a new way to run a fully inclusive, easy to run school council that supports every voice to be head.
